Before and Afterschool Program

Dixon Academy Before and After school Program provides students a balanced education and fun inside and outside social interaction activities with peers.
The after-school program provides a rich learning environment full of hands-on activities and materials. We offer time for students to complete homework, with teachers available to give assistance if needed. Our schedule allows time for outdoor play which includes climbing, bike path, access to all ball games (basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, etc.) and many other gross motor activities.
 
Teachers will take time to read and allow private time for reading which will encourage new vocabulary and concepts.

Dixon Academy stays connected to our families through the ProCare system which allows teachers to inform parents daily of their child’s progress.
