Childcare Center Director

The Director is directly responsible and will be held accountable for all Essential Functions listed below.  The Director will hire and supervise the Assistant Director and have the discretion to delegate any of the functions as needed.  The Assistant Director will adhere to the same standards of Essential Functions execution as the Director.

Childcare Center Assistant Director

The Assistant Director is directly responsible and will be held accountable for all Essential Functions listed below as delegated by the Center Director.  The Assistant Director will adhere to the same standards of Essential Functions execution as the Director.

Childcare Center Teacher

The Childcare Center Teacher is directly responsible for the planning, supervising, and implementing the daily program for the children in accordance with Dixon Academy’s policies and philosophy.
